The Haozhi Cobot Solution redefines collaborative robotics by building system performance from the core outward. Instead of relying on disconnected motion components, it integrates self-developed harmonic reducers, highly integrated joint modules, and collaborative robot platforms into a coordinated architecture. At its core, each joint module combines motor, reducer, driver, encoder, torque sensor, and brake, while the harmonic reducer delivers precision transmission via an SP tooth profile with over 33% gear engagement. This enables compact design, high torque density, precision positioning, and simplified system integration. The DCR Series covers payloads from 2 kg to 20 kg, reaches from 625 mm to 1800 mm, and repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm.
